Training course organized by Bellessere'm and conducted by TERRA ITALICA, which will have as its theme the creation of natural and artisanal soaps, both solid and liquid.
TERRA ITALICA is a company that has made artisanal soapmaking its passion and primary activity for over twenty years, boasting considerable experience especially in the research and knowledge phase of raw materials.
By using pure essential oils and knowing the necessary ingredients better, you will learn refined techniques for artisanal saponification.
Duration: 1 and a half days.
All the material needed for the course will be made available.
Coffee break offered by Bellessere'm.
On Saturday lunch is included in the cost of participation.
At the end you will be given a certificate and a free sample of the soaps made.

Course for the production of Natural Soaps
First day
3.00 pm: Presentation of the course. Natural soap in light of new scientific discoveries.
4.00 pm: Theory of saponification.
5.00 pm: Hot saponification laboratory, compilation of recipe books (liquid and solid soap)
5.30 pm: natural laundry soap and its 100% biodegradable supply chain
6.00 pm: Discussion

Second day
9.30 am: preparation of the ingredients for the production of a hot liquid personal soap
10.00 am: intimate mixing of the ingredients to obtain the bulking of the liquid soap
11.00 am: achievement of massing of the liquid soap and beginning of the gelling phase
12.00: gelling and cooking of liquid soap
1.00pm-2.30pm: lunch break
2.30 pm: preparation of the ingredients for the production of a solid hot soap for the person
3.00 pm: intimate mixing of the ingredients to obtain the ribbon and start of cooking
4.30 pm: end of hot solid soap cooking and shaping of the dough
5.00 pm: division of the liquid soap mixture into portions to be distributed to the course participants
5.30 pm: demoulding and cutting of a previously prepared hot solid soap, to be distributed to the course participants
5.30pm: discussion
6.30 pm: goodbye and good soap!
