Saturday 4 May
9.30 am: registration of participants.
10.00 am: presentation of the course. Natural soap in light of new scientific discoveries
11.00 am: theory of saponification
11.30 am: hot saponification laboratory, compilation of recipe books (fluid and solid soap)
12.30 pm: preparation of the ingredients for the production of a hot fluid soap
1.00pm - 2.30pm: lunch break (packed)
2.30 pm: intimate mixing of the ingredients to achieve massing
4.00 pm: gelling and cooking of the fluid soap
5.00 pm: discussion
6.00 pm: see you tomorrow
Sunday 5 May
9.30 am: preparation and weight of the ingredients for a solid soap with the hot saponification technique
10.30 am: cooking begins
12.00 pm: pouring into the mold.
12.30 pm: “Labels and their secrets”
1.00pm - 2.30pm: lunch break (packed)
2.30 pm: natural laundry soap and its 100% biodegradable supply chain
4.30 pm: cutting of a previously prepared solid soap and distribution to the participants
5.30pm: distribution of the fluid soap paste
6.30 pm: goodbye and thank you
The participation fee for the two days is €60 and includes: insurance, stationery material, soaps produced on the two days.
Does not include: overnight stay and packed lunch for the two days.
